Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item/s within 7 calendar days for STORE CREDIT ONLY less shipping fees. Any returns received past our policy will be rejected. All returns are also subject to the conditions below.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and make-up free. This includes smoke, deodorant, pet and perfume scents. • Original Tags Must be attached (if applicable) • Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment. • ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: jewelry, sale items, holiday merchandise. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, stained, have had the tags removed, contain pet hair, or are received by us after the return period will be not be accepted and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of rejection notification, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice. How to Return: We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in the event your package gets lost or damaged in transit. Store Credit is issued less our shipping costs. Damages or Defects: We must be notified within 48 Hours of any damaged or defective items for a full refund.
