Shipping Policy
Orders once received, will ship by the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Twisted Tanning or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We are not responsible for lost packages. Should you have a problem with a damaged or lost order, the buyer will be responsible to file a claim with the shipping company/carrier.
In-Store Pick Up Policy
Once item has been purchased, please allow 2 hours for your order to be processed before pickup is available. If item is located in a store different than pick up location, allow 48 hours to retrieve it. Please provide proof of purchase at time of pickup. If you choose local pickup, orders must be picked up within 72 hours.
